General constitutive meeting of the members of

the Association of Building Consultants and Supervision Companies

In total the constitutive meeting is being attended by the 6 founders who have 6.  

Agenda:

4.  The establishment of the amount of initiation fee and the payment order.  

5.  The establishment of the member fee and the payment order.

Decisions made:

            4. Established initiation fee for the member is 5 000,00 (five thousand) LTL.

            4.1. Initiation fee must be transferred into company’s account within two weeks from the registration of the Association at the Register of Legal Entities. New members have to pay the initiation fee within two weeks from the day when the Association informs them about its positive decision in written.

            5. Established member fee amounts 5000,00 (five thousand) LTL per year, paying it in  equal parts (1250,00 LTL) every quarter.
